4 Miles on the treadmill. My legs felt sore from yesterdays 7 miles. Not looking forward to tomorrows 8. I hope this starts getting easier.

I need to call you during my 8 miler...the miles just fly by when I am with you, could you just quit your job and run with me all the time!

Kathie, I just told brad last night I wished we lived closer together so i could do every run with you. Just think how speedy fast I would be if I was training with you.

Yes when I move to Japan it will be even harder...Lets hope that doesn't happen any time soon!
