First post in a long time.  I tried the rib out today.  It felt great....OK not great, but good.  I just had a hard time getting a full breath of air.  My lungs are still filling the illness, plus the lack of running.  Anyway, hopefully with training I can get back to a point where I feel I can go run with the Spanish Fork Running club.  Right now I couldn't even keep up with them for a 1/2 mile.

I am so happy you at least got a run in!!!! I am sure it will come back fast.

How was the pain? Did you just feel out of shape or was it still painful to run?

I just felt very, very out of shape. I wasn't in any pain....it was a little tight, but not painful. I just couldn't breath...Do you really need to breath when you run?

I try not to breath it just seems to get in the way of my form :)

WAHOO!!! So so so so glad you were able to run.

Any chance you will drive all the way up here for lunch tomorrow?

From Kimmy on Mon, Jul 12, 2010 at 16:10:05 from 71.38.227.87

Teena...I would love to come to lunch, but don't think I could get to Salt lake, eat, and drive home in 1 hour.

Have a great time!!!!
