ran outside today. Felt OK, but it seemed to take forever. The rib is healing great. Only tight when I take a deep breath, but no pain. Legs are really tired. That is just because of the lack of running. Need to work on getting them back in shape

Lets run with Nick on Saturday and just see how far we can go... I would like to do at least 19 but I know that is a long shot.

MrsFit...I guess you can call it running...it felt so very slow. Hope my endurance comes back fast...I am not a very patient person.
Kathie...Are we going to run from mom's house or your house? I kinda like the idea of running up provo canyon.

So happy you were able to get some miles in this week. With all that crazy flooding and busy life and broken ribs, you are amazing! Keep up the positive attitude! No worries about SGM! I say keep the running fun and let it be a stress reliever! Hope you have a restful Sunday and a great week ahead!

I wanted to run up by mom's but I guess the Provo canyon half is next Saturday. So maybe we should meet on the Jordan River Park way?
