This was NOT a good run.  Have you ever had a run that it just didn't feel right, right from the beginning.  The very first step felt hard, after 1/2 mile I changed my goal from a good 5 miles to finishing the 5 miles without walking.

I accomplished both goals...but the walking part was hard. I really hate runs when you feel like CRAP....anyway, here are my splits.  9:31, 9:00, 9:01,9:00 and 8:57

Are you meeting Saturday morning? I am going to go and do 6-10 depending on how much I have accomplished for us to leave. It would be great to run with you again.

Looks like you only had a hard first mile and then it got better from there on!

Kim..Yes I am planning on being there at 6:00. Running 6 to 10 would be perfect hope you can make it.

Kathie...It never got better...I just decided to run as fast as I could. I couldn't have done any faster....STINK (Taken right from Teena :)!
