I had to run my 9 miles on the treadmill. I was very happy with how easy it felt. I am hoping this rain leaves so I can do my run outside tonight.

VERY NICE run! So HAPPY that it felt easy for you! Are you and Kathie running long this Sat.? I am planning 17 and probably run where Teena's group is running. Any chance you sisters are running there? I really miss you girls!

smooth...I ran Wednesday night, but couldn't write on the blog until Thursday morining.
Kathie and I are planning on meeting this Saturday. I hope I am not pushing things a little too fast. She wants to try and run 19. I hope my knee holds up.
