It was so GREAT to see you on Sat. So sorry you weren't feeling well. But I am so happy and proud of you for finishing your long run all by yourself when you weren't feeling well. You are tough and need to give yourself more credit for it!

smooth...thanks I was glad to be able to pull 16 out. I wish I would have tried for 2 more miles....but I will be happy with 16. It was fun to see you again even though I didn't run with you!!!
