7xhill workout. 1/2 mile warm up and 1/2 mile cool down. 6.5% incline 6.0 speed. I would run a 1/4 mile up then set the incline on 0.0 and run a 1/4 down. Felt good other than my legs were still a little sore from the race on saturday. Seemed to struggle a few times but was able to push through it. |
