All I can say is, I AM GLAD THIS WORKOUT IS OVER!!!!!!

8x800 at 7:30 pace.  For some reason I really dislike this workout, but I did it and it is over.  I guess I should do it more often so it doesn't hurt so bad.

I dread interval speedwork too. They are painful but you feel so good afterwards. That's an AWESOME run. You're hitting those Yasso 800 at 3:45. Is that what you and Kathie are shooting for? NICELY DONE!
