Total Distance
13.10

Because of the challenge that I took last January I needed to run 13.1.  Again my Saturday was crazy so I had to run this one on the treadmill.  I started out with the plan to put the treadmill on a 1% incline and got between a 6.0 and 6.5.  I ran this for 2 miles and had enough.  I stopped the treadmill and put on my "random" program at a 6.4.  This felt good and I was glad to get the hill work in.  This was a 4 mile program.....YEA 6 miles so far.

I then chose the speed program.  This program will vary your speed from a 5.8 to a 7.0.  Felt good and I was to complete the 2.5 miles.....total so far....8.5 miles.

Again, I did the random program.  I skipped the cool down so I only had 3.5 miles.....12 miles down.

The last mile I used as a cool down.  1% incline 6.0.  My butt was hurting pretty bad from the uphill programs..but over all I felt good about the run.   Glad I was able to complete it.
