I sure felt that I took the last two days off.  My body had a hard time getting into the running gear.  Today was suppose to be 3.5 miles.  I started out with a warm up and then just ran what felt comfortable here are my splits.

.5 = 5.5 (I figure its about a 10:00 pace)

1mile = 6.0 = 9.52 pace.  Felt good decided to bump it up

2mile = 6.5 = 9:09 pace. This pace felt very comfortable

1/2mile = 7.0 = 8:32 pace.  Felt OK, but knew I couldn't keep this pace for very long dropped back down to my comfortable pace of 6.5 and then with .1 left I sprinted in at a 7.5 (7:59) pace

Overall, I can feel that I am getting more comfortable running faster, but can still see a lot of improvement.  I still get tired and need to take breathers throughout the workout.  I will work on trying to keep myself running even when tired.
