Ran 4 miles on the treadmill. I did my "random" workout on a 6.4 this workout will vary anywhere from a 0 incline up to a 5. The speed will vary from 5.8 up to 6.4. I would like to try this workout at the 7.0 setting and see how I do. Maybe next time.
I then did 1 hour of strength and stretching. |
