Ran on the treadmill today. Suppose to be 3 miles easy. The first .5 was done at a setting of 5.5 then bumped up to 6 until 1 mile left when I bumped it up to a 6.3. Ran with this setting until .2 left and then increased to 6.5.
I felt fine, but did have to talke myslef to keep running. First early morning run so I guess I would have a little difficulty.
Goal: to set my 3 mile mark at 6.5 the entire time and feel comfortable and easy at that pace. |
