This run didn't feel as good as I wish it would have.  I thought I would wait until 8:00 to start my run so I would be running some of it in warmer weather.  It was really hard not to get up at 6:00 and get the run over with.  My splits are a slower than I would have liked them to be.

9:31; 9:06; 9:11; 9:00; 8:57; 9:12; 8:41; 8:58; 9:32 (Hill with water stop); 9:35 (don't know what happened here 9:40; (major hill and I am feeling dead); 9:01

Splits look good to me! You are crazy to run in the heat the forecast for St. George is cold and rainy again!

Miles are miles. Good job.

Nice job, Kimmy. Any breathing issues?

Don't listen to Kathie..the weather is going to be perfect at SGM! 40 at the start 70 at the finish, no rain, clear sky before the sun comes up, then partly cloudy, 15 MPH wind from the North. (That's what I'm predicting anyways)

Marc...I figured out how to take care of my breathing. I turned my ipod up so loud I couldn't hear my breathing. This run was not a good confidence builder for me. I struggled more than I thought I should. I am playing the mind games right now.

And..I don't listen to Kathie, she always tells me its going to be cold and rainy!! I like your prediction, I am going with that

Kimmy ~ GOOD JOB! Even though it wasn't what you have hoped for; your pace looks good to me especially with the big hills. Rest, taper and the magic of SGM will take care of the rest!

Nice run. Enjoy the taper. Next hard run, SGM.

Looks like a great run to me. Very consistant till you had to stop. And even then it looks great. I am with Marc. It will be great down there. And if not it will be a great run with friends yet again.

Great job. How are you feeling today?

I see you blew of Monday's run too...I hope I didn't "talk" you into it!

From Kimmy on Tue, Sep 22, 2009 at 12:06:35 from 71.38.229.92

No...It had nothing to do with you. You just made be feel less guilty about not running. McKenna came home from cheer and Had some homework that needed to be done and she needed my help. It wont be long and I wont be able to help her with her math homework....I can't believe what she is learning in the 5th grade.

Hey Kimmy!!!

You have been running a lot of tough runs ... it's okay not to feel completely great about every single one. Plus, running later makes a HUGE difference (at least it does for me).

How are you feeling today??

MISS YOU!!!
