Today was a stretching and strength day. I did run 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill. I started out at a 5.5 and after five minutes moved up to a 6. Another 5 minutes and took it up to 6.3. Finished up with a 6.3. I felt good, but wished I could have sustained a 6.3 longer at a comfortable pace.
I then did some stretching and lifting weights. I felt pretty good. Hopefully after time I will get a little more flexible. |
