OK I really only ran 8, but I mowed the lawn before I left so I am counting that as 1 mile.  We have a BIG lawn.

As easy as my run felt yesterday I thought this run would go a lot better.  I really had a hard time.  The first three miles went by fast and felt good.  But then every mile was a struggle after that.  Towards the end of the last mile my knee started to hurt again.  I have ice on it right now...hope that helps.

sorry to hear the knee is acting up! GOOD JOB with the run and mowing the lawn.

My sons will be all gone in the Fall. Hubby already warned me that I get to mow the lawn next year. We have one acre! So NOT looking forward to it!
