1/2 mile warm up and then a hill workout on the treadmill.  Ranged anywhere from a 6.2 0% incline to a 7.0 5.5% incline.  Got really light headed towards the end, but I give that to not eating well for lunch and then really pushing the workout.  Felt pretty good, but needed to stop a couple times.

Hills? Should we be doing hills this late in the game?

Great workout anyway...you are hardcore!

Awesome hill workout. That sounds really tough. You must of really pushed it hard to get light headed. Nice job.

The reason I did a hill workout.... is because it is the only workout on the treadmill that doesn't bore me to death. Enough change to keep me going. I wont do that workout again until after SGM
