3 Mile run on the treadmill. Everything was done at a 1% incline. I started out at 5.5 for 1/2 mile. I then bumped it up to 6.0 for 1 mile then 6.5 for 1 mile. the last 1/2 mile was run at at 6.8 with the last .1 at a 7.0. I felt good at the end. Still need to work on speed so this feels more comfortable. |
