I hope I don't end up regretting what I did today.  I decided that since I was able to run my TM workout without stopping I should try the same program and move it up.  Well, I was able to finish the program, but my legs felt like jello.  I am hoping they stop hurting by tomorrow.  My 20 miler may be interesting...Lets you know tomorrow how it goes

I hope the 20 miler went well. I think Kathie is finally learning that you have to take easy days in oreder to make the important days count, are you?

Running on jello-legs makes you stronger. It simulates what it feels to run the last 10K of the marathon. You will have fresh legs on marathon day and the magic of SGM to carry you to a triumphant finish!
