Treadmill run. 2 miles hill climb, the 4 mile treadmill program. Having a hard time running outside, just too hot!!!

I know most people gripe about the TM, but I don't mind it at all for shorter runs.

Smooth...thanks for missing me. I am still around and running. McKenna dropped my lap top and I have a hard time getting into the office to log onto the desk top.
Talked to Kathie today...way to get the hardware in your race. Loving it that you, Teena and Kathie all placed in your age group!!!! Wish I could have been there. Hope to see you in SG

Are you going to wait a whole year to come back to us? Are you going to join in on Saturdays? We have moved the time to 5:00 am. I won't be here the next 2 but should be to most of the rest of them for the summer. It would be fun to run with you again!
