I had it all planned out...come home from work, run 5 miles...go get my daughter from cheer.  Why can't things workout.  I have the hardest time getting my schedule down.  Anyway, long story short...no time to run.  Hope I can get up early tomorrow and get 5 miles in.

Don't know if I can run tomorrow night...its my husbands birthday and he want to go out to eat....some things are a little bit more important than running!!! (Right?)

It's always tough when the schedule gets messed up. Hope you can get in a run.

Sorry you missed your run...I am sure your legs will thank you though. We had a great race on Saturday and a long run coming up this Saturday. That is all we really need to be concerned with.

So did you get that morning run in today? Spoil your hubby tonight so he knows that he is more important than running.

Glad you got her done this morning. It's always a juggling act, isn't it with a busy family!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your sweetheart! Hope you're spoiling him big time! :)

See you in 9 days. Oh, I just signed up for the Onion Days 10K (Mon after SF1/2)...nutz!
