Set out to run 13.1 today. I had to do it on the treadmill. I hated every minute of it. I decided to just take it easy and set the treadmill on a 1% incline and a 6.0. I think I just got bored, but couldn't force myself to do all 13. I ended up just doing 9 and calling it a night. I will do my 13.1 next week. |
