To find my Mojo

1/2 mile warm up and then a hill workout on the treadmill.  Ranged anywhere from a 6.2 0% incline to a 7.0 5.5% incline.  Got really light headed towards the end, but I give that to not eating well for lunch and then really pushing the workout.  Felt pretty good, but needed to stop a couple times.

4 miles on the treadmill.  3 at 9:00 pace and 1 at 8:45 pace

Slooooooooow miles on the treadmill watching Survivor!!!!  Felt pretty good.  Looking forward to my last saturday run before the big day!!!

3 slow treadmill miles. 

Goal was to have a good easy run.  Wanted to keep my pace around 9:30, which I did.  Average pace was 9:33.

Splits: 10:09 (had to stop and let cars pass), 9:34, 9:30; 9:16; 9:12; 9:15; 9:23; 9:28

Felt good, my breathing is still an issue, wish I knew what it was.  Off to see my Nephew run a cross-country meet.  I am so excited!!!!
